The National Notary Association (NNA) defines Notary as an official appointed by a state government to serve the public as an impartial witness during notarizations.

Remote Online Notarizations are valid and enforceable in every state (USA) with their validity determined by applying the law of the notary's commissioning state. Online Remote Notary (RON) is legal in Florida under Chapter 117, Part II of the Florida Statutes.

At the time of notarial services, valid identification must be presented. The ID must be current or issued within the last five (5) years and must include a serial or ID number. Accepted forms of ID include:
State-issued driver’s license (FL Department of Highway and Motor Vehicles)
State-issued identification card*
U.S. passport (U.S. Department of State)
U.S. military ID
State, county, or local government IDs
Permanent resident card ("green card") issued by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
Foreign passport (stamped by U.S. Department of Justice, Immigration and Naturalization Service)
Driver’s license issued by a U.S. Territory, another state, Mexico, or Canada

A Mobile Notary is a notary public who travels to their client’s location to perform notary services. This allows clients to have their documents notarized in a convenient location, often at their home, office, or another place of their choosing.

A notary may not notarize a signature on a document if:
The person whose signature is being notarized is not present in front of the notary at the time of notarization.
The document is incomplete.
The notary knows that the person signing the document is mentally incapable of understanding and signing the document.
The person whose signature is to be notarized is the spouse, son, daughter, mother or father of the notary.
The notary has a financial interest in or is a party to the transaction.

The document or form requiring notarization must be completely filled out. We do not provide forms, draw up documents or help you w/ filling out the document,
The signer(s) must be present at the time of the appointment.
The signer(s) must provide an original photo I.D., non-expired, see Acceptable Forms of ID.
The signer(s) must be sound mind, alert, and mentally competent.
The signer must want to sign the document being notarized.
